Esta comunidad aut\u00f3noma del noroeste de Espa\u00f1a guarda historias antiguas que se han transmitido oralmente durante siglos. Hoy exploramos algunas de las leyendas m\u00e1s fascinantes de Galicia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La Santa Compa\u00f1a<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Una de las leyendas m\u00e1s conocidas de Galicia es la de la Santa Compa\u00f1a. Seg\u00fan la tradici\u00f3n, se trata de una procesi\u00f3n de almas en pena que camina por los caminos rurales durante la noche. Van en fila, vestidas con t\u00fanicas blancas y portando velas encendidas, precedidas por un vivo que ha sido condenado a liderarla. Cruzarse con la Santa Compa\u00f1a es presagio de muerte o desgracia, y muchos aldeanos a\u00fan evitan salir por la noche para no encontr\u00e1rsela.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La leyenda de la Reina Lupa<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>En los alrededores de Santiago de Compostela se cuenta la historia de la Reina Lupa, una poderosa mujer pagana que intent\u00f3 impedir el enterramiento del ap\u00f3stol Santiago en tierras gallegas. Seg\u00fan la leyenda, envi\u00f3 a los disc\u00edpulos del ap\u00f3stol a buscar bueyes salvajes que, milagrosamente, se volvieron mansos. Al ver este prodigio, Lupa se convirti\u00f3 al cristianismo. Esta leyenda mezcla elementos religiosos con la mitolog\u00eda celta propia de Galicia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Las mouras encantadas<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Las \u00ab\u00a0mouras\u00a0\u00bb son seres m\u00e1gicos de la mitolog\u00eda gallega, parecidas a hadas o ninfas. Habitan en castros, fuentes o cuevas y suelen aparecer peinando sus largas cabelleras con peines de oro. Se dice que custodian tesoros y que solo se dejan ver en determinadas fechas del a\u00f1o. Muchas leyendas locales relatan encuentros entre humanos y mouras, siempre rodeados de misterio y condiciones m\u00e1gicas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">El Urco<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>El Urco es un perro monstruoso, de gran tama\u00f1o, con ojos rojos y cadenas colgando del cuello. Su aparici\u00f3n es se\u00f1al de desgracia o muerte. Esta criatura m\u00edtica es una de las muchas figuras del bestiario gallego, influenciado por la tradici\u00f3n celta, cristiana y las leyendas marineras.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">El mito de San Andr\u00e9s de Teixido<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cQuien no va de vivo, va de muerto.\u201d Esta es la frase que acompa\u00f1a a la peregrinaci\u00f3n a San Andr\u00e9s de Teixido, un santuario situado en un acantilado frente al mar. La leyenda dice que toda persona est\u00e1 destinada a visitarlo, en vida o despu\u00e9s de la muerte reencarnado en forma de animal. Por ello, muchos gallegos hacen la peregrinaci\u00f3n para no cargar con esa deuda espiritual.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las leyendas de Galicia no son solo cuentos antiguos; forman parte del alma del lugar. Reflejan la conexi\u00f3n profunda que los gallegos tienen con la naturaleza, lo espiritual y lo misterioso.
